I am Raluca, a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber based in Cambridge. I founded RB Medical Aesthetics with a simple but vital goal: to provide medical-grade aesthetic treatments that prioritise patient safety and natural looking results.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to the care of others. In the world of aesthetics, I believe that the most beautiful results are those that respect your natural features and enhance your unique confidence.

A commitment to excellence
My journey in healthcare began over two decades ago, rooted in a qualification in general nursing from the Faculty of Medicine at Vasile Goldis Western University of Arad. Since then, I have spent over eight years in demanding clinical environments, including the Emergency Department in Bucharest and NHS theatres at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
I hold a Level 7 qualification in Advanced Surgical Skills and have worked as an Advanced Surgical First Assistant for over six years. I continue to assist surgeons in plastics, cosmetics and trauma to this day. This deep surgical background gives me an intricate understanding of facial anatomy, which is essential for safe and precise aesthetic practice.
Alongside my clinical roles, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Facial Aesthetics, and a Diploma in Education. In this industry, you are trusting me with your face and your confidence. I take that responsibility very seriously.
