    Our clinic policies, appointment terms, and commitment to your care.

    1. Appointments and Cancellations

    We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.

    2. Consultations

    All new patients must undergo a full medical consultation prior to any treatment. This ensures your suitability and safety. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we deem it medically unsuitable or not in your best interest.

    3. Prescription-Only Medicines (POM)

    Certain treatments involve Prescription-Only Medicines (e.g., anti-wrinkle injections). These require a face-to-face consultation with our Independent Nurse Prescriber. We cannot guarantee treatment on the day of consultation. Any discounts or promotions (including NHS discounts) do not apply to POM treatments.

    4. Treatment Outcomes

    Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science. While we strive for the best possible results, individual outcomes vary, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

    5. Payment Policies

    Payment for treatments is required in full on the day of the procedure. We accept major credit and debit cards.

    6. Children and Minors

    For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in the clinic during treatments. We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

    7. Complaints
